about PTTCSR

 
             
        Teacher Training College (PTTCSR), in brief :

         - In 1980, PTTCSR was established in a Pagoda area.
         - In 1981, moved to an ex-private school.
In 1988, moved here, the site of  the former  High School before the war with 5 old buildings.

Now, PTTCSR consists of 13 buildings with 89 rooms, of which 35 classrooms. 


The main entrance 

  • Nowadays, PTTC Siem Reap has become a modal institution for sharing experiences, lesson learnt to other directors, teacher-trainers in other PTTCs in Cambodia.
  • PTTCSR is responsible for training primary school teachers in two provinces, Siem Reap and Utdormeanchey Province. 
  • The selected student-teachers are 12 +2. The numbers of student-teachers are under limited from MoEYS. 
  • PTTCSR, Siem Reap is well known to link best cooperation to national and international partners  to improve quality of school management and professional knowledge for teacher-trainers for highly qualified training and professional teaching to student-teachers.
